Our appraisers are trained to research similar items on e-bay and determine the approximate value of your item; however, eactionauction is not responsible for items sold at a lower than anticipated price.

An appraiser will contact you prior to listing your item to discuss its potential value and to agree on an initial bidding price. Once the price has been agreed upon, you must accept the price the item sells for. There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee for listing items with a reserve price.

All items will initially be listed for seven days. There is an up-front listing fee of $3.00 per item. If not sold, eactionauction will re-list your item for an additional seven days. If it still does not sell, you will be contacted to retrieve it. Items with a reserve price will not be re-listed. If you’re item has not been retrieved within 30 days, it becomes the property of eactionauction.

When an item sells, eactionauction will retain 25% of the sale price. E-Bay fees will be deducted from the final sale price, and a check will be mailed to you for the balance of the funds. All shipping costs, and fees related to accepting credit card payments for items sold, will be paid by eactionauction.
